Delegations from the member states of the Community of Sahel-Saharan States (CEN-SAD) continue to arrive at Mitiga International Airport, as delegations from Mali and Ghana arrived to participate in the inauguration ceremony of the Executive Secretariat headquarters in the Libyan capital, Tripoli, scheduled to take place tomorrow, Saturday.
The delegations were received at the VIP lounge by Mr. Abdelnasser Younes, Director of the African Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, along with a number of staff members of the Executive Secretariat of the Community.
It is worth noting that the reopening of the Executive Secretariat headquarters follows comprehensive modernization and development works, transforming it into an advanced logistical and administrative hub that meets the aspirations of member states and contributes to strengthening economic and security integration in the Sahel-Saharan region, in line with the highest international standards.
